Organization Core Member
Formal members of the organization, invited under specific conditions. Core Members participate in organizational decision-making and bear long-term responsibility for maintaining core projects.
- 01.Sustained high-quality contributions to MuoCeon projects for over 6 months
- 02.Alignment with MuoCeon's values and direction
- 03.Recommendation from at least two current Core Members
- 04.Approved by a vote of all Core Members (requiring over two-thirds majority)

What's the difference between a Member and a Contributor?
Project Contributors are open to everyone — you can freely submit code and join discussions across any project. Organization Core Members are formal members of MuoCeon with entry requirements, enjoying decision-making rights and bearing long-term maintenance responsibility for core projects.
I don't have much experience. Can I still join?
Absolutely! As a Project Contributor, MuoCeon welcomes developers of all levels. We have beginner-friendly tasks and experienced members willing to provide guidance.
How do I become a Core Member?
Step 1: Find an interesting project and contribute consistently (recommended 6+ months). Step 2: Actively participate in community discussions, help other contributors, and demonstrate your alignment with the organization. Step 3: When you've accumulated enough high-quality contributions, existing Core Members will notice and invite you.
What are the rights and responsibilities of a Core Member?
Core Members participate in organizational direction discussions and decisions, have write access to core project repositories, and can recommend new members. They also take on Code Review, project maintenance, and newcomer mentorship responsibilities.
